Procedures
E-mail us at contactus@the-brazilian-bikini.com.com to receive a return/exchange number (REN).
A return and exchange form is enclosed with every shipment. Follow the procedures below to exchange or return your item:

Please note shipping and handling charges are not refundable, except in the event of a packing error. Refunds are issued on returned item(s) minus shipping and handling fees (refunds issued for purchases with free shipping are deducted $10.00 for shipping and handling fees).

- We offer exchanges and refunds on returned items for all merchandise within 30 calendar days of our original shipping date.
- Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Refunds are issued on returned item(s) minus shipping and handling fees (refunds issued for purchases with free shipping are deducted $10.00 for shipping and handling fees).
- After 30 days from the shipment date, only store credit will be issued on returns, minus the applicable shipping and handling charges.
- To return or exchange an item, e-mail us at contactus@the-brazilian-bikini.com within 15 days of delivery to be assigned a return/exchange number (REN), then follow the instructions below.
- No additional shipping or handling charges are incurred by the purchaser on an exchange within the US, limited to one (1) exchange per item ordered.
- Special offers and promotions are subject to reduction by return/refunds.
- All merchandise must be new and in unused condition. They must not have been altered or washed, and must contain all tags and hygiene protection labels attached. Otherwise, no credit will be issued and the purchaser will be charged for the return shipment and will forfeit all claims.

For Exchanges:
- Fill out the "RETURNED ITEMS", "REQUEST HANDLING" and "EXCHANGES ONLY" sections of the
form completely and enclose it with the item(s) being returned. Be sure to indicate the size and/or
color you would like to exchange the item(s) for. Ship item(s) to:

USA - We recommend utilizing an insured, traceable method of shipping to ensure a safe and documented
delivery. We cannot be held responsible for lost/damaged items shipped back to us for a
refund/exchange.
- You will receive an e-mail confirming receipt of your exchange item and availability of new item requested. We will ship you the requested exchange item upon inspection of the returned item. No additional shipping charges will be incurred by you for shipment of the new item on an exchange, for orders shipping within the United States, limited to one (1) exchange per item ordered.
